The YP series modular actuators do not have external rods, which prevents rod failure caused by external factors such as corrosion or impact. The actuators feature protective internal and external coatings to ensure reliable operation in harsh environments. The copper slider structure improves contact between the pin and track to increase load capacity and wear resistance, extending service life.
Modular actuators offer maximum safety for spring-return drives. In our latest design, the spring does not exert any pressure on the end cap of the actuator. The entire spring module is pre-compressed prior to assembly, effectively preventing the possibility of the compression spring popping out of the spring barrel and causing injury.
