Pull out the positioning pin to turn the handle, that is, the worm gear and worm separation can be realized, and the pneumatic drive device can be operated.

SLA series gearbox connection: the bottom flange of the gearbox is connected with the upper flange of the pneumatic drive device, the spline shaft is mounted with the axle hole of the pneumatic drive device, and the flange bolts are tightened.

Storage Requirements

1. Short-term storage (less than 6 months)

The storage environment should be as far as possible to avoid high temperature, humidity and dust content of the environment storage. Gear boxes should be stored in wooden pallets or wooden cases. Suitable anti-rust oil must be applied to the input shaft, installation flange, valve shaft installation hole and hand wheel hole of the gearbox.

2. Long-term storage (more than 6 months)

The storage conditions shall be the same as Clause 1. However, it should be noted that long-term storage should be inspected frequently to check the protection condition. If signs of rust are found, all the products in stock should be re-protected immediately.
