OEM Aluminium Alloy Declutchable Gearbox Manufacturer, Factories

This series consists of 3 models with the speed ratio varying from 26:1 to 54:1 and the toque ranging from 300NM to 1200NM. The torque difference between every two adjacent models is small, helping to save a lot of costs for customers when selecting a specific product. The Declutch Gearbox is specially designed for butterfly valve, ball valve & plug valve together with pneumatic actuator. This device allows manual operation during installing, system testing if when air resource is not loaded. It can mounted directly on most of the popular rack & pinion style pneumatic actuators in the market.

Product Description

Connect the bottom side of the reducer to the valve and the bracket face to the cylinder. Then slide the valve shaft into the inner hole on the cylinder until the valve shaft end is well matched with the square hole of the cylinder on all four sides.

A tooth collision may occur when rotating the lever (by 180° outwards) to engage the worm. In such case, you need to turn the hand-wheel to a certain angle so that they can become engaged with each other.

Actuating the device through pneumatic and manual means simultaneously is not allowed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I actuate the device manually and pneumatically at the same time?
No, actuating the device through pneumatic and manual means simultaneously is strictly not allowed to prevent equipment conflict or potential damage.
What should I do if a tooth collision occurs when engaging the worm?
If a tooth collision occurs when rotating the lever (by 180° outwards) to engage the worm, you need to turn the hand-wheel to a certain angle so that they can successfully mesh and engage with each other.
What temperatures can this device withstand?
Depending on the specific configuration, the device is capable of handling low temperatures down to -40℃ and high temperatures up to 320℃. The standard working conditions range from -20℃ to 120℃.
What materials are used for the main components like the worm gear and housing?
The housing, small cap, and bracket cap are made of YL113. Depending on the configurations, the worm gear is made of either QT500-7/Bronze or ductile iron. The hand-wheel is made of carbon structural steel.
Is this device suitable for marine environments?
Yes, it features options for marine use, offering high-level protection (IP68 or IP65 grade protection) and incorporates a nickel-plated input shaft for increased corrosion resistance.
How do I correctly install the reducer to the cylinder?
Connect the bottom side of the reducer to the valve and the bracket face to the cylinder. Slide the valve shaft into the inner hole on the cylinder until the valve shaft end aligns perfectly with the square hole of the cylinder on all four sides.
