This series consists of eight models with the speed ratio varying from 26:1 to 520:1 and the toque ranging from 300NM to 22000NM. The torque difference between every two adjacent models is small, helping to save a lot of costs for customers when selecting a specific product.
The Declutch Gearbox is specially designed for butterfly valve, ball valve & plug valve together with pneumatic actuator.
This device allows manual operation during installing, system testing if when air resource is not loaded.
It can mounted directly on most of the popular rack & pinion style pneumatic actuators in the market.

Make sure the position of open or close on the gearbox is correspond to the valve’s position.

Avoid device failure due to lack of inspection of step one.
2. Adjustment process

Please adjust the gearbox according to the position of valves, loosing gearbox corresponding limit screw, operating gearbox to make the valve on the correct position; then locked this limit screw. Operate the gearbox to turn the valve on another position, redone the above step and adjust the valve on the correct position, tight the cap nut. (Pay attention to the use of "O" type sealing ring and flat washer)

Please pay attention to sequential adjust according to the position of valves.

After the adjustment is completed, operating the gearbox for full open / full closed to check the valve is on correct position.

3. Maintenance

When gearbox is delivered, the gearbox has been adjusted on the correct position, when the user need to do some adjustment just operated according to the adjustment process.

When the gearbox is delivered, the gearbox has been filled with sufficient grease, the users do not need to add the grease any more.

If the gearbox is used in bad condition, check the state of the gearbox regularly. For example, if the fastener is loose or there is no oil leakage, etc.

Warranty period: one year from the date of delivery. Due to the quality problem, we will repair without any charges if during the warranty period, and only charge the material cost for repairing if more than the warranty period. By the buyer's damage caused by human factors, repair or materials provided by the supplier are at the cost price.

If a product inventory stored for a long time, need to do a good job of surface protection, more important places are the flange connecting face and the valve shaft mounting hole, and check regularly.

What should I check before installing the gearbox?
Ensure that the "open" or "close" position indicated on the gearbox corresponds directly to the actual position of the valve. Inspecting this prevents potential device failures.
How do I adjust the gearbox based on the valve's position?
First, loosen the corresponding limit screw on the gearbox. Operate the gearbox until the valve reaches the correct position, then lock the limit screw. Next, turn the valve to the other position, repeat the steps, and tighten the cap nut. Always pay attention to the "O" type sealing ring and flat washer.
Do I need to add grease to the gearbox after delivery?
No, the gearbox is delivered pre-filled with sufficient grease. Users do not need to add any additional grease upon receipt.
What are the terms of the gearbox warranty?
The warranty lasts for one year from the delivery date. Repairs for quality issues are free within this period. If the warranty has expired, only the material costs for repairs are charged. Damage caused by human factors will be repaired at the cost price of materials.
How should the gearbox be maintained during long-term storage?
Ensure surface protection is well managed, specifically targeting key areas like the flange connecting face and the valve shaft mounting hole. These areas should be inspected regularly.
